Very friendly and helpful

I recently purchased a new truck from McLarty Daniel and couldn't be happier. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy and stress free. My salesperson, Dayton, was fantastic, no pressure, patient, and great service. I highly recommend this dealership.

Had to wait an additional day, customer service response was very slow. They fixed recall. However, I was told false information about my back brakes, which I had done today and they were not at all in the condition, I was told. Very disappointing that a dealership such as this would try and cheat someone on disability, cheat someone Period!!!

I bought my vehicle brand new at this dealership, I have always had the oil changes and maintenance done here as well, when I purchased it I also purchased an 84 month extended warranty because I was told that it would cover all repairs if something went wrong, it was not true, and I would not have bought it had I known, I am so upset and I will not purchase another extended warranty. The service side detection warning came on so I asked them to check it when I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, they said they would find the problem and contact my warranty to cover it, then the service tech called and told me that it would cost me almost $1,300 to repair, I was dumbfounded and mad, they already had it apart, and was going to have to it it back together, but was going to charge me $1,100 for labor to install $179 in parts, I told him I get social security and there was no way I could pay that, that is why I took out the warranty, he said it's up to you, and told them to put it back together. I'm pretty sure they just threw everything back together since they weren't making $1300 off of me because on the way home besides having the "service side detection" warning I then had a "service park assist" warning as well, the tires only had 33lbs of air instead of the 35 lbs suggested, and I did not receive a printout of the condition of tires, brakes etc from the 33 pt inspection, so I wonder if it was even done. I always felt good about bringing my vehicle to the dealership to have my oil changes and service until this time, and not sure if I will bring it back now.

I brought my vehicle in to find out what was draining my battery and was told that new parts I had put on 3 months ago was bad and needed to be replaced. To me that was just a way to get .e to spend unnecessary money.

As always Shawn Curl and everyone in that department were helpful and kept me well informed. They also kept me informed of any delays in the repairs on my truck.

Y'all's dealership was amazing after two other ones turned me down without even really trying (Springdale Mclarty dodge and one mclarty in Bentonville), Grant Millerschultz got me in a brand new Chevy trailblazer I love it and I love that Grant was kind and compassionate enough to let the banks do the talking. I will absolutely go back to him time and time again and tell everybody as well! Grant Millerschultz needs awards and high recognition for how he treats people and has more compassion than I've ever seen in a car salesman!!!

The service tech that drove my truck didn’t want to actually help and blamed everything on my tires when the tires are not the issue

Alfredo was very cordial and knowledgeable about the Tahoe that we bought. Him and the sales manager worked to ensure we were happy with our purchase. The business manager helped us get a great rate and worked hard to keep our payments in the range we needed while still getting the extended warranties and GAP insurance in the backend.

This service department is one of the best that I've ever dealt with. Always polite, easy to work with and always is complete with your vehicle as they promise. I highly recommend this team as they always go above and beyond to ensure their customer is happy before leaving.

Would have been better if I didn't have to the service writer complain about a customer and wish they would have reset my dash display.

Just started going back after a year of not going due to some issues that happened to my truck. Glad the guy I was dealing with is no longer there. Main reason for coming back. The guys there now are very friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing now is I still get greasy fingerprints all over my white truck.

Cooper was super friendly and helpful with the selling process. We was advertise everything we need to know. Was offered the opportunity to see and meet the Service Manager as well. The only thing make us Sad: our new car looks used when we saw it and after we found even more scratches and paint damage, now a new car from dealership need a full buff that I hope will fix it.

Gave the service writer the service bulletin number got a price later got a message the price more than doubled after he finally read the bulletin should have read it before he gave me the price. Not good!! Don't assume you know more than your customer.

Great help and very tentative

While your online scheduling did not have me in the service advisor’s system, he was able to find my record using my confirmation number and get me in and out in under an hour. I really appreciate the workstations in the dealership waiting area, because I was able to bring my laptop and keep up with my office work during the short time that I was waiting. This is only my second visit to McLarty Daniel Chevrolet (I’ve been using McLarty Daniel Ford for service for over 10 years) and I appreciate the service I receive from both dealerships.

This is my 3rd truck purchased from McLarty Daniel Chevrolet. As usual, everything went great. I browsed McLarty's website for trucks that my wife and I were interested in. They gave me a value for my truck online. What I was offered in person V.S. their website was a few thousand off, but we managed to work around this. After browsing the website, Dayton, the salesman reached out to me via text message. He just so happen to reach out while I was on the way ti the dealership. Upon arrival, he had the truck waiting out front for me to test drive. Once we started talking numbers, I realized the vehicle would be great for us. We negotiated a bit and the process went smooth. The only issue was when I signed up for the GM Credit Card. I scanned the QR code, filled out my information, then I was approved for a 13,500 credit limit. Once I pressed "proceed," the website froze and I was never technically approved in their system. There was a deal if you spend $1,000 on the card, you get a $500 bonus. We were going to spend the $1,000 as a down payment on the truck. The $500 was going to be deducted from the overall price of the vehicle. We tried reaching out to customer service and they couldn't do anything about it. I have a perfect credit score and was looking forward to receiving $500 off my truck. This did not happen though. Now, I have to resign up, spend an additional $1,000 to receive the $500 bonus. I am not sure if I will go through this process or not. Other than this, everything was good. As always, I appreciate McLarty Daniel. They treat their customers very well.

I have bought dozens of vehicles from dozens of dealerships all over the US. Dayton, who helped me with the purchase is the most knowledgeable salesperson that I have worked with. He knew and showed me every aspect of the Suburban, different models and options. He was honest, transparent and considerate. Dayton showed me the dealership and service area. He was fast with paperwork and helpful with all portions of the buying experience. I paid a little more for this vehicle, as I could have purchased one less expensive in TX, but bought it at MD because of Dayton.

1st time oil change and maintenance since I bought my Trailblazer. Great experience. Will come back for next maintenance time.

Had a meeting scheduled for 11 where we had selected 2 vehicles that I was told would be there for us to look at. When we got there at 11 one of the vehicles wasnt there, the other didnt have gas. Had to leave at 2pm and come back at 6 when we shouldve had plenty of time to get everything done if things got planned like I was told they would be planned.

Shawn Kurl is the best, I called for an appt for oil change and tire rotation, he got me in pretty quick, and once there my oil change, tire rotation and 145 point inspection took less than an hour, he is always friendly and takes good care of me.

Put a new windshield in and scratched both sides of the windshield frame. Now I have to take it back in to have the scratches repaired. Also left tool in the Tahoe. Put in the new battery and failed to clear alarms from putting the battery in. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with the service. I took two cars in to have oil changed and rotate the tires. They failed to rotate the tires. NO FOLLOW UP TO THE WORK THATS GETTING DONE AND MAKING SURE THE WORK IS DONE AND UP TO STANDARD.

The guy with glasses and wares a hat is rude, he is at the service desk, do my best not to go back

Had is scheduled for 12/22 9AM to replace the break pads. 2 Hours later I asked about some update, because people coming after me were leaving already. They said they were working in a quote to tell me what's going on. 1 hour later, still no quote, so I asked for a shuttle and left the dealership by 12:17pm without my vehicle. The cashier wasn't in the mood to find what was going on with my vehicle. I got a message 3:47pm saying that my vehicle was ready. In summary, it took more than 6 hours to get my car fixed. Some tips: Next time someone says they are going to wait, let them know beforehand that it's going to take more than 2 hours, so they can use the shuttle ealier, and dont get the cashier mad.

Salesman was great. but, the vehicle was dirty on the inside - road dirt and dog hair, so much dog hair. This was disgusting for sure. We did bring the vehicle back and they did a nice job detailing it.

I appreciated the ability to schedule online - that was simple and time saving. I had only brief interaction with a couple of people along the way. Both were friendly and professional. Even had my car pulled to the front door by the time I was done checking out. Great dealership to deal with.

We found a nice deal on a 2026 Chevrolet Tahoe while shopping online. I called the dealership and spoke to Meghan concerning the Tahoe. She confirmed the availability of the online price and Tahoe. We arrived, on a very snowy Monday and met with our salesman Nick. What a great young man. Nick did an amazing job and long story short, we left driving the wife’s new Tahoe. Fair trade in value and fair new car price. Thank you to all involved.
