My salesman was Grant Millershultz. He did a great job showing me what every button in the car did & was very helpful answering all my questions.

Had to wait an additional day, customer service response was very slow. They fixed recall. However, I was told false information about my back brakes, which I had done today and they were not at all in the condition, I was told. Very disappointing that a dealership such as this would try and cheat someone on disability, cheat someone Period!!!

I bought my vehicle brand new at this dealership, I have always had the oil changes and maintenance done here as well, when I purchased it I also purchased an 84 month extended warranty because I was told that it would cover all repairs if something went wrong, it was not true, and I would not have bought it had I known, I am so upset and I will not purchase another extended warranty. The service side detection warning came on so I asked them to check it when I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, they said they would find the problem and contact my warranty to cover it, then the service tech called and told me that it would cost me almost $1,300 to repair, I was dumbfounded and mad, they already had it apart, and was going to have to it it back together, but was going to charge me $1,100 for labor to install $179 in parts, I told him I get social security and there was no way I could pay that, that is why I took out the warranty, he said it's up to you, and told them to put it back together. I'm pretty sure they just threw everything back together since they weren't making $1300 off of me because on the way home besides having the "service side detection" warning I then had a "service park assist" warning as well, the tires only had 33lbs of air instead of the 35 lbs suggested, and I did not receive a printout of the condition of tires, brakes etc from the 33 pt inspection, so I wonder if it was even done. I always felt good about bringing my vehicle to the dealership to have my oil changes and service until this time, and not sure if I will bring it back now.

Oil change was good .only thing that really bothered me was edge has pretty big door dent that I know it didn’t have wish you guys have vídeo cameras

Y'all's dealership was amazing after two other ones turned me down without even really trying (Springdale Mclarty dodge and one mclarty in Bentonville), Grant Millerschultz got me in a brand new Chevy trailblazer I love it and I love that Grant was kind and compassionate enough to let the banks do the talking. I will absolutely go back to him time and time again and tell everybody as well! Grant Millerschultz needs awards and high recognition for how he treats people and has more compassion than I've ever seen in a car salesman!!!

The service tech that drove my truck didn’t want to actually help and blamed everything on my tires when the tires are not the issue

This is only my second visit to McLarty Daniel Chevrolet (I’ve been using McLarty Daniel Ford for service for over 10 years) and I appreciate the service I receive from both dealerships.

Alfredo was very cordial and knowledgeable about the Tahoe that we bought. Him and the sales manager worked to ensure we were happy with our purchase. The business manager helped us get a great rate and worked hard to keep our payments in the range we needed while still getting the extended warranties and GAP insurance in the backend.

Just started going back after a year of not going due to some issues that happened to my truck. Glad the guy I was dealing with is no longer there. Main reason for coming back. The guys there now are very friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing now is I still get greasy fingerprints all over my white truck.

This is my 3rd truck purchased from McLarty Daniel Chevrolet. As usual, everything went great. I browsed McLarty's website for trucks that my wife and I were interested in. They gave me a value for my truck online. What I was offered in person V.S. their website was a few thousand off, but we managed to work around this. After browsing the website, Dayton, the salesman reached out to me via text message. He just so happen to reach out while I was on the way ti the dealership. Upon arrival, he had the truck waiting out front for me to test drive. Once we started talking numbers, I realized the vehicle would be great for us. We negotiated a bit and the process went smooth. The only issue was when I signed up for the GM Credit Card. I scanned the QR code, filled out my information, then I was approved for a 13,500 credit limit. Once I pressed "proceed," the website froze and I was never technically approved in their system. There was a deal if you spend $1,000 on the card, you get a $500 bonus. We were going to spend the $1,000 as a down payment on the truck. The $500 was going to be deducted from the overall price of the vehicle. We tried reaching out to customer service and they couldn't do anything about it. I have a perfect credit score and was looking forward to receiving $500 off my truck. This did not happen though. Now, I have to resign up, spend an additional $1,000 to receive the $500 bonus. I am not sure if I will go through this process or not. Other than this, everything was good. As always, I appreciate McLarty Daniel. They treat their customers very well.

Had a meeting scheduled for 11 where we had selected 2 vehicles that I was told would be there for us to look at. When we got there at 11 one of the vehicles wasnt there, the other didnt have gas. Had to leave at 2pm and come back at 6 when we shouldve had plenty of time to get everything done if things got planned like I was told they would be planned.

Took longer than expected to have tires replaced. Wheels were left dirty from tire mount lubricant.

We found a nice deal on a 2026 Chevrolet Tahoe while shopping online. I called the dealership and spoke to Meghan concerning the Tahoe. She confirmed the availability of the online price and Tahoe. We arrived, on a very snowy Monday and met with our salesman Nick. What a great young man. Nick did an amazing job and long story short, we left driving the wife’s new Tahoe. Put a new windshield in and scratched both sides of the windshield frame. Now I have to take it back in to have the scratches repaired. Also left tool in the Tahoe. Put in the new battery and failed to clear alarms from putting the battery in. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with the service. I took two cars in to have oil changed and rotate the tires. They failed to rotate the tires. NO FOLLOW UP TO THE WORK THATS GETTING DONE AND MAKING SURE THE WORK IS DONE AND UP TO STANDARD.

Shane helped me with my service. He was kind and explained every charge. The waiting area was clean and had a lot of amenities.

Had is scheduled for 12/22 9AM to replace the break pads. 2 Hours later I asked about some update, because people coming after me were leaving already. They said they were working in a quote to tell me what's going on. 1 hour later, still no quote, so I asked for a shuttle and left the dealership by 12:17pm without my vehicle. The cashier wasn't in the mood to find what was going on with my vehicle. I got a message 3:47pm saying that my vehicle was ready. In summary, it took more than 6 hours to get my car fixed. Some tips: Next time someone says they are going to wait, let them know beforehand that it's going to take more than 2 hours, so they can use the shuttle ealier, and dont get the cashier mad.

Salesman was great. but, the vehicle was dirty on the inside - road dirt and dog hair, so much dog hair. This was disgusting for sure. We did bring the vehicle back and they did a nice job detailing it.

My experience dealing with Mclarty was great. I had to drop off my vehicle for an appointment to get a recall fixed. My appointment was scheduled for 1:30 and I was notified about 11:30 that it was ready and could be picked up. I was super surprised that it was finished early so I could pick it up as soon as I got off of work.

5 star transaction in every way!

Everything was taken care of and handled great. My only constructive feedback for the future is my front parking assist sensor went bad on my Silverado. I have a painted bumper so they had to paint the sensor to match so they had to keep the truck overnight. I certainly understand and appreciate no one cutting corners, but next time a heads up that this will be an overnight job would have helped for planning. Other than this(and again, not upset at all), the service was superior. Keep up the great work.

I drop my vehicle off at the dealership at my scheduled appointment time of 8am on Friday, 4/3 because the stereo touchscreen had been experiencing phantom touches since August when the ECM was replaced (at the same dealership). At 4:30pm on 4/3 I reached out for an update because I had not heard anything. At this time I was told the battery needs to be replaced, the stereo is unregistered and needs to be calibrated and the an optional fix would be replacing the stereo touchscreen. I agreed to the battery replacement and stereo calibration as these were indicated to be the most likely resolutions but was told the truck would not be done by closing time Friday and likely wouldn’t be done Saturday due to skeleton staffing on Saturdays. Which meant I was stuck without a vehicle from Friday until Monday. When I picked the truck up on Monday the oil change and tire rotation had not been done like I asked (I was not charged for these) and after driving the truck less than a mile down the road the phantom touches started happening again meaning I just paid $860 for things that did not solve the issue the truck was in the shop for for 4 days. I immediately reached out to the service manager and he rescheduled me yet another appointment for Friday. I made it very clear that I had to have the truck back on Friday but was told that can not be guaranteed. After some investigation, turns out phantom touches is a VERY common problem with Chevy Colorado’s that simply requires the screen digitizer to be replaced which is a $30 part and took ME an hour to replace MYSELF not being a Chevy certified expert. If only I had discovered this prior to being stuck without a vehicle for 4 days and out $860 for a job that didn’t solve the problem and wasn’t even done completely yet again. The radio controls and software were unregistered because after having the ECM replaced at this same dealership in August this was not completed so months later I had to pay for service and labor that should have been taken care with the initial repair in August. This time the battery connector was very obviously NOT cleaned of the prior battery corrosion like it should have been and I was told was done. Lesson learned to be much more well informed prior repair suggestions and only have repairs done the dealership as a last resort.

Everyone was very courteous and helpful. I had my oil changed and that was very quick. I was in an out of there in less than 45 minutes.

The best dealership to get your vehicle service on. Went in there cause my transmission was going out. They worked my vehicle in to get it checked out and was told the transmission was going out. In a couple of days they had my vehicle back going.

I've dealt with several dealerships over the years but I have to say that McLarty Daniel Chevrolet is always great to work with. Not that I don't compare prices with other dealerships in the area, but they always seem to come out with the best deal. And to top the great sales staff, they have an awesome service department as well. They're an all around great place to do business with and you always feel like family when you walk in the door.

Process was simple, great communication, polite & respectful

About three months ago, I brought my car in to fix a squeaking noise coming from the rear wheels and paid $700 for the repair. The noise went away temporarily but has since returned. I took the car back, but the issue was not resolved. I was told the technicians performed a few hard brakes and the noise stopped, but just two days later, the squeaking came back again. At this point, I’ve lost confidence in their service and won’t be bringing my car here anymore. Very disappointed.
